Exchange Birthday Shifted by 1 day

So all of my birthdays on my iphone 3g are 1 day earlier than they are in my outlook. I sync through an exchange server and i tried to check all the timezones were correct and it seems they are. Anyone else have this issue? Any solutions or suggestions? I use 1and1.com for my exchange and didn't have any problems with the birthdays on windows mobile 6.0 on my blackjack2...

thanks in advance.

Newest Outlook, iPod Touch with OS 3.0, newest iTunes:
- 1st sync creates all day events which are one day early on the iPod
- Then I did what Apple recommends: Reset the Sync history
- 2nd sync then "updates" the all day events on Outlook: Now they are 24 hour events from 01:00 to 01:00; Same on the iPod
- Birthdays are now events from 02:00 to 02:00

Is this a mess or what?

I just discovered why it still doesn't work on my system, despite all software being current, and all timezones synced up.

-> When I create a birthday (or any other all day event) on my office PC, then
-> Sync it onto my Widows Mobile device (HTC Touch Diamond), then
-> Sync the Device with my Home PC, then
-> Sync my home pc with the iPhone

Then the event is one day off.

If I create the event directly on my home pc then all works as expected. Also, if I open and re-save the affected event on my home PC and then re-sync with the iPhone, it works.

Weird...
