sync mobileme with outlook calendar

has anyone got this to work? I cannot get mobileme to retrieve my appointments in outlook and then push to iphone. contacts worked like a charm. So does forwarding yahoo email to me account. I have tried all the trouble shooting here:

I have mobileme sync pref set to sync automatically with calendar in outlook.
I have prefs in iphone (for mobileme account) set to allow calendar pushing

I think i have done everything right...
