I recently tried to upgrade to iTunes 5.0. The install went fine, but when I try to launch iTunes a get this error:
"The ordinal 21 could not be located in the dynamic link library MAPI32.dll." Does anyone have an idea on what the fix may be?

I don't have the time to do this much troubleshooting when poor software is released. So I won't be purchasing the 5 nanos for my family this Christmas.

🙂 my sympathy, P. there's a board meeting coming up at beloved's work soon ... she got home at 6am this morning, set off again at 11am-ish ...

anyway, glad we've got you to a semi-feasible-workaround stage. every now and then it might pay to check in on progress here (low-effort fixes for these things do sometimes pop up out of nowhere).

love, b
