Pages to be printed in offset
I made a book in Pages and now I want to have it printed in offset. Is that possible?

You even ignore hexachrome printing
A default Hexachrome six channel separation ships with Apple ColorSync, see the Apple ColorSync Utility. However, Hexachrome is a proprietary process and proofing is not simple.
Meanwhile, the point is that Pages is a client of such imaging services as the operating system supports and using Pages is not separable from using such operating system services.
