They did for me!!!!!
Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I can't find a setting anywhere that sets the number of times the phone rings. My phone doesn't ring long enough for me to answer it before it goes to voicemail. How do I change that?

I believe calling AT&T will set the amount of rings before voicemail.

First, you’ll need to know your voicemail access number. The easiest way to get this is to dial *#61# and then press Call on your iPhone’s keypad. You'll see this on your screen:
Setting Interrogation Succeeded
Voice Call Forwarding
When Unanswered
Forwards to +1XXXXXXXXXX Enabled
"+1XXXXXXXXXX" will be an actual number - write it down because you’ll need it shortly. You can ignore the rest of the on-screen text.
To change how long your iPhone rings, dial 61*+1XXXXXXXXXX*11tt# where +1XXXXXXXXXX is the number you wrote down, and tt is the duration (in seconds) you'd like your iPhone to ring. You can choose a ring duration between 5 and 30 seconds in increments of 5 (5, 10, 15, etc.). To get the + sign, hold down the 0 key for a couple of seconds and release it when it turns into the + sign in the readout above. Then press Call.
For example, to get your iPhone to ring for 30 seconds, dial 61 +1XXXXXXXXXX 1130# and press Call. After this, you should see the following message:
Setting Activation Succeeded
Voice Call Forwarding

That’s it! Enjoy!

I appreciate the detailed instructions but they did not work for me. I was able to get the long +..... number but then when I followed the rest of the steps and called it said authentification failed. Any ideas?
Now that I know it is possible, it was easy - just dial 611 and tell them to change it. 0 - 30 seconds.
You don't need to wait for an iPhone support - just press 0 twice to get to customer support
