Quiet/silent keyboard

Quiet/silent keyboard

Does anyone know of a silent or at least quiet keyboard? I searched the forum's history and didn't find anything. I'm currently using the standard Mac keyboard, but it's so loud.

Hi-

The Apple Al Keyboard is the quietest of the 6 keyboards that I use......
4 Apple (G4 board, White Pro and Black Pro, Al), 1 Saitek and 1 Kensington. The Kensington is almost as quiet as the Al, though.
The Thanko Silent Keyboard is said to be a mere 6db as compared to 30db+ for standard keyboards.

Hi Trent Curtis-

I am using the new slim silver aluminum model from Apple and I find it to be fairly quiet.

The most quiet apple keyboard I know, is the old black one, that came with the Gigabit G4.

I use the new aluminium wireless keyboard with my MacPro and have to say, that its not really quiet... in my opinion.
