I Want To Trash Font Book - OK?

Font Book is not robust enough for my needs.
I am using a 3rd party font manager, Can I safely trash Font Book?
If so how do I get rid of all the components; prefs, caches, etc.?

thanks

Yes, its a nice feature, and with auto activation inplay, I can turn all those fonts off, and know that fonts from that group are activated as needed should Safari or some other Apple app need it.
It hasn't caused any hiccups yet. However, let me provide a usage context, this machine is used at work, running mainly Adobe CS2, so many of Apple's domestic oriented apps aren't in use, some iPhoto, that's it.
If this causes problems with iTunes, I'd never know it. Someone with a different usage profile may not benefit from this spartan approach to application/utility management.
