Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

do apple make their own hardware?

what do apple actually manufacture in mac computers/laptops?

ive heard they get the hard drives and ram from other manufacturers.

why dont the mac specs list details about motherboards?

some people say apple actually make the operating system and the hardware. is this true?

which parts in an apple computer are actually developed and made by apple?
that you cant get from other third party companies.

cheers
just curious.

soundforge?
how can that add to logics capabilites?
if they are on two diff systems?

what can soundforge do that pro tools or logics audio editing cannot?

As others have mentioned, this is the Logic forum and should be used to discull Logic rather than software on other platforms... even if it does ever so slightly pertain to Logic.

This forum has rules and they will shut things down if the focus strays.

I've never found any better applications for editing/mastering and creating master disks for duplication than Soundforge and CD-Architect.

Hey Jackballed

I´m a bit worried about your attitude. I´m from Denmark, Europe.
English is not my native tongue. I constantly make mistakes.
So far english is "the international" language in a globalized world.
What would you do if chinese should take over?

I´ve actually met people in New York, speaking worse english than me.
And I´ve met people in Berlin speaking worse german than me!

This is how it works today. Main point is to be understood.
(Off topic, I know)

Hey Jan,

I understand your point about international languages. I'm just saying, whichever language is "your" language, show some respect and take a few extra seconds to proof-read what you're typing. Not only does it make you look more intelligent, it helps to get the readers to understand what you're saying or asking. If someone came up to me and spoke to me the way Bob wrote his first entry, I would be completely lost in what they're trying to say.

As for people whose language isn't English, they tend to make it known in the beginning; just like you did. Being that English isn't your native tongue, you speak it far better than Bob over here.

dude, my first post is clear and consice and simple and to the point. ive just re-read it.
and no, im sorry, but i am not gonna proof read posts, as i am fully aware of where the typos happen, i in a split second make a decision to either correct it or carry on......actually i do re-read post before posting, not for spelling, but for making it clear to understand.

"look more intelligent" who gives a ** aobut looking more intelligent.
im here to ask questions and learn.

how you write and how you speak to a person are differnt things.

i am a very good communicator and writer. i have been told this and i believe it. i have my own style and it works for me. its also called personality.

lol
"speak it far better than bob over here".........why would you even say that? and what do you mean? whatever

people try too hard to come across in a certain manner or light......theres no time......just bang it out and go.......quick hard and fast.....

i hear what your saying but im not gonna change cause i am happy with my style of writing.

Specifications of Apple's motherboard are like Coke and the secret of his recipe!

Do not worry, it's all good stuff

You have only to drink it ... after you've tasted its unique fantastic taste, you understand the difference ... and you will have only enjoyment

Some stuff are Made in China or Ireland or somewhere
I don't care about that
what gives value to an object, is not the manufacture, but the idea of creative engineers who made it possible to realize that object!

No one can replicate a copy of Coke!

🙂

G..ood Luck
