Unknown Error (-223)

I recently upgraded to the latest version of iTunes, and now I'm having problems. The program recognizes my old library, but will not play any of the songs or burn a playlist. When I try to play a song, the info comes up, but no sound comes out and the "diamond" doesn't move. When I try to burn a playlist, or convert the files to a different format, I get "an unknown error has occurred (-223)." I have no idea how to fix this, and I really don't want to reload my entire cd library or repurchase my music. Any suggestions?

Thanks b. I found the solution in another area.
Turns out that my antispyware was the problem. I
disabled it, then reinstalled everything. Now
itunes works just fine.


I'm having the same 223 problem, but I'm not as computer savy as you. I think it maybe be an antispyware problem, but I don't know how to turn it off. You think you can give me some pointers or instructions? This is really frustrating... Thanks!
