Macbook XP install not recognizing wireless, 2.1 bootcamp drivers

Hi - I've read the posts, but nobody seems to have a successful method to get XP to recognize a wireless network.

I've updated the Bootcamp drivers to 2.1, disabled & re-enabled the wireless connection, set the security to be WEP (which XP says works) but still have no connection on the XP side - Mac & Fusion work fine.

XP recognizes the AirPort card & Network, but then hangs on resetting the IP address.

any help greatly appreciated

Same issues here... no wireless access on my brand new 2008 MBP 5,1 with latest XP SP3, latest AirPort Extreme firmware, etc... Windows can see the wireless network and that it is secured. When I click it to connect, I get the connecting animation and then a message stating something like "network is no longer available or out of range, please try again". No dice, it just keeps repeating that sequence. Wireless works fine with Parallels shared networking however. What a rip off. With all this talk of cloud computing and MobileMe stuff, you would think there would be a fix for basic network connectivity by now.
