Is anyone having success with Classic?

This is a pre-buying question...

I have the 5th generation iPod and while it still works fine most of the time, the idea of having 160 gigs is really appealing since I'm almost out of space on my 60 gig iPod and have had to remove a lot of my TV shows and photos because of it. But every time I'm on the boards or reading reviews about the Classic model, it seems like there are more negative things than positive things about this new model.

So I'm wondering, are some of these ipods a fluke, and are there a good number of people out there who are happily satisfied with the new ipod? Should I just hold out and wait for a better, fewer problem filled model or update to come out? Basically, I'm wondering if buying the 160 gig iPod is worth it...or should I save my money and stick with my older one and just keep removing the old stuff before adding the new?

I'd love to get some opinions from people here who have the newest model, if you had an older one and the upgrade to the Classic went well, anything like that...thank you!

I've read all the bad reviews on Amazon.com, and read it all while I was waiting for my 160gb to come in the mail. As I was reading, I was thinking I've made a huge mistake and a nightmare is on the way in the mail. All I can say is, it must be that only the small percentage that have had troubles have posted reviews, the ones that have had nothing but good like me have not written or given feedback. This is the sweetest iPod I've ever had. I replaced my 5th Generation 60gb video with it, and I love it!

It's a forum "problem".
Why would I visit a forum if the Manual is clear and I have no problems with a product??????
90% (?) of the forum visitors are on forums like this because they're experiencing problems with their item. While they probable represent not even 1% of the world wide userbase of that specific item.

BTW: My Classic 160 works superb !! Using about 70GB of music and about 50GB on Buffy episodes (full serie)..
