Replacement Motherboard for Dual 1ghz MDD G4

My original motherboard for my G4 is toast.

What replacement Motherboards are compatible with my dual 1ghz
mdd G4?

The white sticker on board reads: 630T3984/630-4256

Simon , can I get you to send this pdf to me too. I have a dual MDD that blew one of the processors and now I have a replacement that hopefully will get me back up and running.
