I'd like to ask a question also and don't know how. My powerbook g3 pismo chimes three times on startup but does nothing else. The power light flashes but the display never comes up. Any ideas?

I can't find the place to ask the initial basic questions...I just want to get rid of the "Now Playing" box on the iTunes display....can you do that and how?

I cannot playback any music from my iTunes. I checked my iTunes and Quicktime software and both are up to date. I also checked my driver updates and it is up to date as well. What should I do?

I put it on Shuffle and ten minutes later the same song played again. That is not what I call random. Smart playlists don't seem so smart. Please help me, Meg St. Clair!
