Locking/Crashing powermac G5 (report included)

this could be a long story - Ill try to keep it short.
I have a Liquid cooled powermac G5 (Dual 2.5).
- The cooling system leaked
- repaired under warranty
-- repair included - replacement of:
Logic board, both CPUs, cooling system, power supply, power supply cover, tower case ($2592)

- Since return of the machine I have had problems with the system locking. By this I mean :
-- everything stops. No black screen of death, no error message, no 'the application xxx has unexpectedly quit'. everything just locks.

- Things I have tried to locate/alleviate the problem:
-- removed 3rd party RAM - this helped it reduced lockups from 1 - 5 a day too 1 every couple of days.
-- removed APE (Unsanity hacksie) this also helped reduce locks from 3 - 8 a day to 1 - 5 a day.
-- removed all 3rd party cards (a cable/TV capture card) no effect on lock ups

- System is upto date (10.4.11)
- drive reports as OK (disk utility)
- memory reports as good (memtest)
- entire system checks as OK (Apple hardware test CD that came with the computer)

Follows the latest crash report (to apple) from latest Lockup
ANY help in pin pointing the issue - so I can be sure that the right part(s) are replaced/repaired/tested when I take the computer back to Apple.

THANKS in Advance

powermac G5 Dual 2.5, Mac OS X (10.4.11)
