KeePass for Mac?

New to the Mac/Apple world. I have freeware on my PC called KeePass where I securely store my credit card pass words etc. This is a complete secured file and there is no "backdoor" into it. You loose or forget the password and you might as well delete the file. No way in.
Is there a similar product for Mac; any recommendations?
