WDS setup, the remote AE rejecting password?

Hi all,

I got a new n Express, and installed the old g at a friend's in WDS with another g AE.
I did reset my old one (wds remote), and configured it using the AUtility assistant, and It seems to work well in wds, it did extend the range significantly, but after setting it up, the wds remote AE keeps rejecting the password in AUtility. I did reset it a few times and did the same configuration all over again, and no matter what I did, it kept rejecting the password after the first configuration. It's odd, it works but I can't get into the airport configuration for the remote after it's set up.

Any ideas why it keeps rejecting the password?
