Why is iTunes so ugly?
apple.com is clean, my iPod Touch is elegant, even Steven Jobs is rather good looking, so why is iTunes so clumsy looking?

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I don't find iTunes particularly clumsy looking. I find Windows Media Player to be much more clumsy. There's no absolute when it comes to design and what people will find appealing.
