Hey everyone (especially level 3ers),

From www.apple.com/retail (on the right side, a little down the page):

iPod Recycling Program
Bring any used iPod to any Apple Store in the US for free environmentally friendly recycling and get a 10% discount on the purchase of a new iPod that same-day. See your store for details.

Please do research before shooting someone down next time, or I'll be forced to dish out negative votes (just kidding)!

Please re-read my post before you shoot back in an attack. The original poster asked if he could get a new iPod specifically as a trade-in for his old broken one:

I posted:

No one, including Small Dog, offers trade-ins on broken iPods (as the OP says his is) that allow you to get a new iPod for your old broken one (as the OP requests).

Getting $25 or 10% credit is not what the original poster asked for. A small amount of cash or credit is not the same as a new iPod.

Your answer was correct--yes, you can get a small credit or cash--and so was mine. Mine answered specifically what the original poster asked. Yours provided him with a different possibility. Both are accurate and good answers. There's no need to fight or call posters names.
