Macbook Contract Uplift
Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I was wandering about the deal you get when you purchase the Applecare Higher Education Contract Uplift (for £49) when buying a new Macbook from the UK store.
When I bought the plan I can swear that it said I get three years hardware support and three years phone support. I have just been told, however, that I only get one year of phone support, even though I have bought the plan.
If this is the case, then what is the difference between the Contract Uplift and the standard warranty that comes with the Macbook?
Many thanks for your help
