i just bought the new ipod upgrade so i can buy all these applications. well after i bought them all i go to play them and they dont work. so i tried restarting my ipod a few times and it still doesn't work. what it does is it goes on the application then goes to the applications main page for about a second then immediately goes to the menu page of my ipod. please please help me!
Very quick solution and fix. You need to go log out of your current account then login in with a new account. This will automatically fix your apps to this new account and they'll work again, as long as you don't update or switch to the old account.
I've had the same problem for quite some time now. When I downloaded the applications, they worked just fine until I synced my Ipod touch with itunes (my Ipod was just a few hours old at that moment). After the sync, the apps would open for a second before they closed again.
Since I bought the Ipod I've been at the apple store 4 times, without any lasting results. No one really had any idea what to do, and even though it helped to completely restore my ipod, the apps stopped working again once I synced it.
Yesterday I was told that the problem was that the applications was not synced when I plugged in the Ipod, because the applications/itunes account "was not authorized on this computer". So: if you open Itunes, plug in your Ipod and go to Store > Authorize Computer, it is supposed to help.
It did work for me - UNTIL I synced it again at home.... Hopefully it will work for you guys though.
this is how i got mine fixed i deauthorize then went to sync applycations and unchecked all of them then downloaded the fastest app which was RED BALL from Itunes then sync and authorize because i think it asked but it worked for me hope it works 4 u and if it does let me know. 😀
