Nano with Firewire Dock and Nano iSkin

1) Will the Firewire Cable work with the Nano dock for charging? I currently have my mini dock set up by firewire cable to the wall adapter outlet to charge my mini. If I were to get a Nano, will I have to get another USB cable and USB Power Adapter to charge it from the wall?(It is not very convienent for me to only be able to charge the Nano when my computer is on.)

2) Does anyone know when the iSkin Duo for the Nano is coming out?
