dmg file not Opening in Other MAC OS X PC error 4960.

Hello,
I have made one project (cocoa application) in X Code.
I made the dmg file from Disk Utilty.I opened the image file and Run it on My Machine. And It working properly on my system. but when i send it other PC. And Opened it there I got The error 4960 saying that "disk image failed to mount".
Can anyone tell me what is the problem?

Error -4960 normally relates to a corrupted disk image. How did you transfer it?

Try zipping it first and then transferring it.
