Why do they call the 20GB iPod the HP iPod?

I dont get what HP has to do with it...

HP used to purchase Apple iPod's and rebrand them with HP logos. The strategy was to get places like Radioshack (who carry HP/Compaq) to sell iPods. They did not sell that well, and although one can still buy an HP iPod from some places, HP has officially stopped buying them from Apple. This info was the last bit that I have heard about it.

Haha...i hear ya...today i learned wat RADON was...LOL! Yea i know its random but im actually doing a biology fact sheet for it. I had no idea...lol im talking about something COMPLETELY irrelavent to iPods! I feel like Im one of the youngest ppl in these forums but I guess it duznt really matter...we're all trying to help eachother with the same things.
