Texting Photos ??

Am I right in thinking you can't add a photo when texting someone. I know you can email a picture but my daughter wanted to add a photo to a text she was sending from my iPhone but couldn't find a way to do this ?????

Many thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Yep. People who were in companies that merged with other companies makes it even more confusing trying to find out where to send to get them an e-mail message. I just happened to be Googling for the carrier tables to try to figure out what mail domain to send to for a friends mobile phone when I stumbled on tmomail.net. It's been needed for a LONG time if you ask me.

Just send to the phonenumber@tomail.net, and it has never failed to get to the sender, unless their phone can't receive MMS. I'm kind of surprised that the phone company themselves don't provide that sort of service.

Just fyi, for all of the iphone owners, palringo is a great instant messaging app for iphones. You can send text, voice, and pictures instantly to the person your chatting with. But it only works instantly iphone to iphone. Its a free app in the app store, after you set up a palringo user name and password, you add whatever instant messaging service you prefer such as aim, or yahoo, etc. Then you will have access to your contacts, and its really good.
