Cannot Make Calls In Mexico
I was in Rosarito/Ensenada this weekend and found out I cannot make a single call. Is there a special prefix, I'm from California?
I tried 011(area code+num), 01(area code+num), +1(area code+num); the calls failed with the first 2, and I got message in spanish which I cannot understand.
I have international assist on but it didn't help.
Two friends had Blackberries with AT&T and both worked with +1(area code+numb.
