Nano Armband

a very large arm.....it has 9 velcro circles where you can attach the velcro... thus 9 different sizes i guess it supports?

Actually, I bought an arm band and had to return it because it did not fit my arm. I wish I could claim that I work out constantly and thus have Schwarzenegger-esqe arms, but it is not so. I am a big guy 6'3", so I suppose I was at the upper end of the design. All I can say is try it on while you are still in the store so you can return it immediately.

Well! Give you an idea! I just wrapped around a CD disc with the last velcro circle and it just made it! So if your arm is smaller than the CD's circumference; then it will be fine!

Very practical - votes for you! I wrapped an old calculator tape around a CD, cut to fit, and then tried it on my arm: VERY tight (I'm not little) but it should work.

Mine fits just fine - I'm 6'2", no Arnold or anything, but certainly not puny!

I just bought the arm band today and like it a lot. I think it is overpriced, but it does keep your nano safe and secure and the nano is easy to turn off and on, control volume, etc. when on your arm. The band seems long to me... but I guess some arms need all of that length.

What I've done from time to time, depending on what exercise I'm doing, is to put the armband around my forearm. When I'm doing curls or other exercises that will exert my biceps or triceps, I just move it down there. It's actually a pretty good place for it. Just make sure you strap it good and tight because there's no elbow to keep it from coming off (though my hand seems to be wider than my forearm, so it won't fall off).

When I ordered my nano from the online store the day it was announced, I ordered the armband and tubes. In my confirmation email I remember that it said the tubes would be 2-3 weeks.

Is the armband for the nano available? If so, I hope it arrives very soon! I can't believe that they don't send those to people who've already paid for them as soon as they're available. Hmmm...

Got my grey armband 9/15, about 2 days after my Nano which shipped the day I ordered it (paid the extra $10 for rapid service). I bet it's a color thing - certain less popular colors (like grey) may be in stock while others have already sold out their first runs.

You'll like it when it shows up; much more comfortable than either the Mini or Shuffle armband, IMO.
