FOUND WAY TO SEND MMS (PICS)

I didn't know this, but a friend showed me a way to send a picture as a text from your iPhone to another AT&T phone. This might be old news, but new for me.

(1) Select picture you want to send.
(2) Hit icon that brings up E-mail pic
(3) In the( TO: )space type the ten digit phone number you want to send pic to and put the following at the end @mms.att.net
(4) Should look like this 1234567890@mms.att.net
(5) Then Send

The picture will show up on there phone instantly as a text not an e-mail. Then they open it like a normal text pic. Tried this several times, sending pics to wifes blackjack. Worked like a charm.

those are the only 5 major carriers in Canada.

Thanks everyone for all ur help so far, so if anyone knows the other 3 listed above please share.

Any of us, even you, could use your favorite search engine and find them in a minute or two. Why don't you, and post it for the rest of us?

You don't have to "memorize" the carrier or number for your friends. Just ask them to send you an MMS to your email address. When it comes in, add the "from" address to "an existing contact", the person who sent it to you, and then add it as a new email address. I use a custom label of "mms" for that email address label, so that when I go to send an MMS to that person, I just start typing their name, then pick the one that is their MMS labeled entry.
