Web Server Problem

I have a web page that works on whatever computer is connected to my network. But if another computer tries to go to the site it doesn't work. I have enables all the sharing that there needs to be. I enabled file, windows, and site sharing, all without a firewall and it still doesn't work. Do I have to re-install whatever server came installed on my computer?

Tiger, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Network Timeout

The server at 192.168.1.46 is taking too long to respond.

The requested site did not respond to a connection request and the browser has stopped waiting for a reply.

well acutualy the reason you got that message, was most likely becuase you tried going when my computer was shut off or on sleep. That is another problem I am aware of. For all I know it could be working but my computer is in sleep mode when someone tries to go to it.

Indeed.. we'll get there. He doesn't need the kylesflashgames.tk to have his website running, when he manages to open his website by typing his ip address on his browser we may worry about that.

Could you please follow from my post where it is "So, let's say your IP is 192.168.1.50 and your connection IP is 120.1.1.1."

Any question just ask

ok I don't understand this part:

So, let's say your IP is 192.168.1.50 and your connection IP is 120.1.1.1.

how do I know what mine is, I already looked at that other site you posted but that doesn't show an IP looking like either of those

ok this is what I'm prompted with

Select an existing Service or create a new one------I chose Wold Wide Web HTTP

Select how the service will be activated
Host Allows unsolicited inbound traffic to a particular PC on the LAN.
Dynamic Enables inbound traffic based on specific outbound traffic.----------I chose HOST

For Hosted Service, Select a PC on the LAN
Select a Discovered LAN device: my computer name is here Or manually enter a LAN IP:

do I enter that IP in to the manual LAN IP?

I can also create my own, which I think may work better, but its a little overwhelming

Enter a name for the custom service:

2. Specify the port forwarding entry based on your specific ports:
Port Forwarding Port Triggering

3. Define the first rule:
Protocol --TCP-- Global PortStart something goes here Global PortEnd something goes here Base HostPort and somehting here

Enter your local IP and let's take it from there.
