Web Server Problem

I have a web page that works on whatever computer is connected to my network. But if another computer tries to go to the site it doesn't work. I have enables all the sharing that there needs to be. I enabled file, windows, and site sharing, all without a firewall and it still doesn't work. Do I have to re-install whatever server came installed on my computer?

Tiger, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Ok Current Status:

Configured Port Forward Port 80

and typed in what was saw at whatsmyip.org and it still doesn't work...

Hi,
sorry been away.
Yes, if the server is working on the lan and you can't forward port 80 so it's accessible from the outside, since your ISP provided you the router you should call them for support.

ok thank you cause I try my IP from whatsmyip.org and ya can't find server. Whether World Wide (HTTP) is on or not. Or if the custom service is on or not. or even if they're both on or not

ok, ya so I got an update if you still want to help. My public IP works. But again no one else outside of my modem can see the page...wut now?
