Question mark key not working

Question mark key not working

I noticed a fews ago that the question mark key on my macbook is no longer working. The key works when I want to type a "/" but not when I press shift and the same key. Any ideas (I can't put a question mark here)

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.5), 30 gig iPod Video, 8 gig iPhone original

I noticed a fews ago that the question mark key on my macbook is no longer working.

Double check system prefs/speech and universal access to make sure that ? is not listed as a trigger for some special function.

Boot into the single user mode - hold down Cmd-S on boot. See if the key works then. If it does not, then the keyboard or keyboard logic board is most likely bad.

Dude! You were right. Your post reminded me that I set up the speech special function to read highlighted text whenever I hit shift+/
I changed the key stroke and got my "?" back!
