How do you import ringtones from iphone?

Hi - My computer was recently stolen but my iphone wasn't. I got a new one and I want to fully integrate my iphone with the computer. I was wondering if I can take the custom ringtones I made off the iphone and put them onto my computer? I have mac book with the most current version of itunes and os. Thank you in advance.

Mac Book Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.7)

To the best of my knowledge this cannot be done for a few reasons.

Hooking someone elses iPhone up to your machine doesn't let you grab a ringtone off them.
As soon as your hook up your iPhone to your new machine and sync your ringtone will dissapear !

What ringtone was it ? I may be able to help you out on this one !

If all else fails, make them again GarageBand and export as ringtone to iTunes in the options.
