Latest Episode Doesn't Appear on iTunes

I produce a podcast called American Freethought. Our latest episode (#34) was released over a week ago but still does not appear in the iTunes directory. I realize it can take a couple of days for new episodes to appear but it's been 10 days in this case. The episode does get downloaded when subscribers update their podcasts via iTunes. Any ideas?
