I just deleted my entire music library.. please help!

I was trying to get rid of all of my duplicates and exclamation marks and I ended up deleting and sending to my recycling bin the entire contents of iTunes which then wiped out all of the music on my HDD.

Now I went to recycle bin to restore everything... but its still not all back.

What should I do?

No I have a 500g hdd, space isnt an issue.

Looks like they are gone. god **** iTunes. I spent about 20 god **** hours organizing my music.

Good thing they were all deleted with one click of the mouse.

Why does iTunes delete from the hdd? Thats the stupidest thing I've ever seen.

I have a lot of my music on my iPhone... how can I rip the music out of my iPhone back onto my computer?

Are you saying you deleted your files to your Recycle Bin, but when you went to restore them, they did not all restore? Your Recycle Bin size may not be large enough to accommodate them all and so they were permanently deleted. Too late for now, but you can adjust this by right clicking on RB and setting limits. It's independent of your hd size.

If they are all gone, but you do have the files on iPhone you can purchase a third party solution such as http://www.copytrans.net/ which will transfer files to your PC. I had to do that when my hd failed.

Hope that helps.
