installing downloaded ufs files

Dear friends,
I have downloaded from uvisoundsource.com the xtreme FX library.
i have the two icons (ufs.extension) on my desktop.
I clicked on them to install the library to my computer but it says:
"there is no default application specified to open the document"
I do not know what to do!
Please help!
