Popping sound when locking iPhone

Hi, I just got my iPhone replaced by apple for the second time, Everything works fine except for when after I make a call or receive a call and I go to lock my phone, Instead of the normal lock sound I get this popping sound. When I wake my phone up and unlock it, there is no sound even when I lock it again. Only thing I've found that helps is putting the headphones in and out and resetting the phone but when i go to make/receive a call then put the phone to sleep, the popping sound comes back. Is it a defect with the hardware? Since my previous two phones never did this, I don't wanna go back to apple asking for another phone.

Have you tried basic troubleshooting of the hardware?

Such as Rebooting iPhone, Restoring iPhone. If this continues after a restore then yes I do advise you visit your apple retail store with appointment or contact iPhone support so they can assist you under the hardware warranty.

Is this pop coming from the ear piece in the phone?
Is it one, or many pops?
Is it coming from the speaker phone

Were you running the ipod music player previous to the phone call?

The pop is coming from the speaker hole, not the ear piece, I reset my phone, restored it, did the headphone thing. I wasn't running the ipod before, it happens even when i shut off my phone and restart it.

I actually found out that it happens when I recieve calls and when I dial with the keypad, but when I use the contacts list to dial and then lock my phone after hanging up. The lock sound comes back, It seems to only happen after recieve calls or use the keypad.

Edit: Now it happens when I play songs with the speaker only and then pause it, when I go to lock the phone it makes that same popping sound. I think my speaker is defective.
