Can't convert an itunes TV episode to AMV format

I recently purchased a TV episode to my pc that I wanted to put on my daughters mp3/video player. The player only takes AMV files and it came with a converter program. I have no idea how to move the episode from my itunes library to the converting software program. Anyone know how to do this?
