The only thing close required the serial number which i can't get unless I can get onto my Ipod.
The serial number is usually printed on the back of your iPod. (It is on my 5th generation classic iPod at any rate.)
Yes i did indeed go to the site and look and troubleshooting didnt help me at all..I found nothing about how to fix this
As mentioned before "+If you did, please mention the things you have tried so folks reading don't suggest things you've already tried+". Sorry for labouring the point, but noone here is a mind reader so unless you tell us, we don't know what HAS been tried already 🙂
