Adding Pandora to iTunes Radio Stations?

I enjoy Pandora Radio and wonder if there is a way to add it to my iTunes radio library? BTW, I find the iTunes radio library to be pretty darn interesting in and of itself. I use it frequently.

Pandora has an odd habit of playing for a while and then pausing if there is no activity on its screen. I open up many tabs or windows at a time and sometimes just want to hear the radio while doing other work that does not require me to be on the Internet. At times like this, Pandora will usually play a song and then pause until I go back to its screen. I really don't need to do anything but make the screen active and the next song starts. But, maybe if it was a function of iTunes instead of being in an open window it wouldn't do that.

So, my question is, can I add Pandora to my iTunes radio library?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.4.11), running Boot Camp
