Bibliography format

I'm quite excited about the new Pages features but I can't seem to change the bibliography format options to anything beyond the four (annotated, author-date, numbered, show all). Any ideas? I went into Endnote X2 and the drop down list there has many other types - how do I get those to show up in Pages?

On another note I'm either still looking for or I'm going to be disappointed if I can't find cross referencing (ugh). Anyone?

No, cross references don't have anything to do with citations. Cross references are where you refer to one part of the text (say Figure 3.12) in another part (like chapter 5). When cross references work, it doesn't matter if you insert or delete figures (in my example), the in-text reference will always adjust correctly. Pages 09 does NOT have the ability to cross reference. Mellel does. Nice! LaTeX does. Even nicer!
