LED Cinema Display weird ticking noise

Just bought a 24" Display and every now and then I hear a "tick" noise around the speakers. I turned out the sound to check and the noise still occurs.

Anyone else has experienced this?

MBP 15" Unibody, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

Thank you. Had the same problem and turning off the dimmable lights worked. We have a remote dimmer to a ceiling fan in the room.
