Boot Camp => format the "BOOTCAMP" partition (so as to make it NTFS) = Automatic Update for the video card and then to realtek.com/downloads and sure enought, following along the "High Definition Audio Codecs (Software)" link, got me to Windows 7 drivers (just make sure to browse, then "let me pick" and point to where you unzipped the above downloaded driver); but alas, device could not start.
Restarted my MacBook Pro and a Windows security alert popped up for a couple Realtek pieces of software (e.g. SkyTel), but still nothing; then clicked on the Sound icon by the time, Windows offered me to Apply Fix, so I did, but still nothing (besides the driver now reverting back to Microsoft!).
Went back and re-installed drivers (manually, letting me pick, and browsing to location) and picked the second driver (there were like 7 drivers offered, but all seemingly the same): no avail; so, picked the next and so on and so forth, until all were tried and none helped.
I like the suggestion though (just wondering what the right driver is)...
