Import ofx or tab-delimited files from internet

I want to know how to import ofx from the web. I get warnings box, but there are no warnings listed and if I select ignore warnings nothing happens.

If i try to import tab-delimited nothing happens.

Help says these files can be imported.

macbook, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

I have OFX files downloaded from my Bank in the normal way.

Right click > Open with > Numbers 1.2. = The OFX table was opened in a Numbers sheet
Dragged over Numbers 1.2 Icon in the Dock = again the OFX table was opened in a Numbers sheet.
Double clicking the downloaded OXF file worked too.
Numbers > File > Open is another way.

The document warning, in my case, was only that all times had been changed to GMT rather than the GMT + 13 it should be here.

Numbers 1.2 is the version in iWork'08 I have version 2 installed too.
