depending on what you're trying to do, there may be an app that fits your needs (ie- air sharing). not bluetooth, but over wi-fi. get the job done if all you want to do is transfer files, and view them.
And, as roaminggnome wrote in the previous post, "The iphone supports bluetooth for headset and handsfree telephone functions/device only. No file transfer, no streaming music, etc."

my 3G was once paired to my car's bluetooth and suddenly it is no longer able to pair; one day, it was no longer connected. i've gone into settings on my phone and when i turn the bluetooth on, it never stops "thinking". i am unable to pair it to anything at all. what do I do?
(i know that it is not the car's system because other phones easily pair with it.)
