Best Apple store in Dallas/Ft. Worth??

I only see one store in Fort Worth Texas: http://www.apple.com/retail/universityparkvillage/

One thing I'll mention incase you don't know, you can make a reservation online here: http://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/ If you don't make a reservation, they will put you in a standby line and you might have to wait awhile.

Also, I don't think you'll have to worry, the customer service at Apple pretty good.

We had a good experience at Plano.

The Northpark store is really great, they have wonderful personnel, the manager and assistant manager (Rachel, used to be a barista at my closest Starbucks) take care of business, the Plano store is the largest, and the Southlake store does good repair work.

You should be fine with either of the Dallas-based locations. However, when making an online reservation, pick the store that gives you the most convenient appointment time. For example, my closest store was Southlake but the earliest appointment was 1 - 2 days. The next closest store but in the opposite direction was Willow Bend - Plano and they were able to get me in that same day so that's what I chose. Either way, I would've gotten good service which I did.
