I know you can shuffle your library of songs. I'm trying to shuffle just a specific playlist. Can it be done? If so, HOW? If not, WHY NOT? I get tired of going to a playlist and starting out with the same song.
Make sure "shuffle songs" is set to on. Then go to any specific playlist and hit play, and all the songs within that playlist will be shuffled.
If you want to start with a different song each time, select a playlist, select a song in that playlist, hit play and the playlist will be shuffled beginning with the song you selected.

Just to be sure?? When you mean "shuffle songs" set to on, to actually select it?? Because when i do that, it automatically starts playing and shuffling the library of songs. When I then go to a specific playlist, like you mentioned and hit play it starts the selected playlist from the beginning. What could I be doing wrong?
hello,
am wondering if you know if it is possible to use the mini ipod on shuffle mode with an ITrip and not have the Itrip playlist included in the songs that are being shuffled. And how do i go about sorting it?
cheers,
