ok, Apple, your issue with iTunes login has resurfaced... I've been using the same Apple ID and password for a while now. When i put it in today, the password was denied... The only security question it asked was my birthmonth and birthday -- no security question at all. I changed my password, which works for my account in Apple, but not for iTunes. I've restarted iTunes multiple times, with no change. Ideas, anyone?
found it! it isn't recognizing my username, only my email... but it's working -- i'll take that... 🙂
I had the same problem. It turned out that the credit card I had used for iTunes had expired. Sign out of iTunes and quit it. Relaunch and it'll ask for billing details.
