Hy there staff and other friends.Yesterday morning I was playing on my iPhone and then instantly powers up and then power up into recovery mode(itunes icon and the data cable appear on the screen). The problem is that the phone is no longer recognized by itunes so I can recover it and make it work. When I try to connect the phono I get a popup window and the error that the device cannot be used and an error that I got malfuncion device so I cannot use it.
Please tell me what I have to do I tried a lot of things I made researches and no result. In my device manager/universal serial bus controllers phone is found as unknown device and when I try to install it`s driver it says that there is no driver required.
Please tell me what I have to do I am desperate.
Thanks staff for helping me.

Try resetting your iPhone by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-10 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

If restarting it doesn't work, try also restarting your computer. It could be a software problem with the computer as well.

Have you tried connecting it to another computer with iTunes installed on it?

You're best bet would be to call and make an appointment at an Apple Genius Bar now while you are also troubleshooting it. This way you won't have to wait as long for an appointment, and if they have an appointment today all the better, because they'll be able to help you more efficiently than constantly checking for updates on here, then testing them out, then responding back to us, etc. I know I don't want to be without my iPhone for a long period of time!

Recover mode is for when you don't get an appropriate response from the phone.
Do a hard reset with the phone connected. iTunes will then guide you through a restore. Follow your nose through it.

You could try putting it into DFU Mode:

1-When the iPhone is showing that Connect to iTunes screen, plug it into the computer with the USB cable.
2-Hold down the Power (top button) and Home Buttons for about 13 seconds (the phone will power off and should stay off until after the next step).
3-Let go of the Power button and keep holding the Home Button.
4-If it works, then the screen of the iPhone should remain off, while the phone is actually on and in a Recovery Mode. The computer you have it connected to should see the phone. If it doesn't then your iPhone is broke and you need to either get it replaced if it is still under warranty, get it fixed somewhere, or go and buy a new one.

Exactly what I've been trying to say. Whether iTunes recognizes the phone or not, do a hard reset with the phone connected.

DFU Mode is completely different from a Hard Reset, unless by Hard Reset you are talking about reinstalling the firmware from DFU Mode.
