Mac Mini G4 1.6Ghz?

Is there or has there been a mac mini G4 1.6Ghz? I was on eBay and someone was selling one claiming to be a G4 running at 1.6Ghz. I've searched the apple tech specs page, but found nothing other than the Intel 1.66 mini. Possibly a typo?

The mini G4 received a silent upgrade that Apple just slipped in. The speed is 1.5Ghz, it has 64MB VRAM video memory, and a 5400 rpm hard drive.

In addition to the information BGreg has given, there were some users who overclocked their G4 minis, which could lead to an otherwise standard 1.42GHz G4 showing a speed of 1.6GHz. That would be a system to avoid in my view!
