Quickly selecting multiple music in iTunes

Hello,

Is there a better way to select multiple songs in iTunes than to command click every single track? I can't believe I can't click and drag selecting multiple songs in one move.

On a PC it's:

Select first track, hold shift, click on last track, hold ctrl and click to toggle individual tracks in or out of the selection.

Surely the Mac is pretty much the same?
