Font problem

My favorite font to use is Futura. When I "Bold" something, it changes the font from Futura (Medium) to Futura (Condensed ExtraBold). When I open the same file on my colleague's computer, everything that I "Bold"ed as Futura (Condensed ExtraBold) for some reason appears as Futura (Condensed Medium). How do I fix her version of Pages? If it makes a difference (I would like to think it wouldn't, but who knows?), she is running the latest version of Mac OS X 10.4, and I am running Mac OS X 10.5.6. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The default font in a blank template is Helvetica which comes in 4 "flavors": Regular, Oblique, Bold, and Bold Oblique. If you bold some text, the font changes from Helvetica Regular to Helvetica Bold. I spotlighted both Helvetica and Futura, and all I found on my system were the HelveticaCY.dfont and Futura.dfont files in Hard Drive>Library>Fonts. Are the various "flavors" of each font contained within these files? If so, do you think my colleague's Futura font is corrupt? The Futura (CondensedExtraBold) flavor is available to her in Pages, and she can manually change text to this flavor to make it appear bold. It's just not the default flavor for "bold"ing Futura text on her computer for some reason, and that is what I am trying to correct on her computer. If the different "flavors" are separate font files, where would they be on her computer (or my computer for that matter)? Do you think this is a problem with the font file or Pages itself?

When you’re in Pages, if the Font pane is not open, type Command+T. There should be four columns showing. If not, grab the bottom right corner and widen the pane. In the first column, Collections, select All Fonts. In the second column, Family, select Futura. The third column, Typeface, will list what’s available. If you and your colleague do not have identical lists, Pages will substitute another face for the missing one. Either use another typeface or install the missing Futura font, if you must use Futura.
